双探头符合线路^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖显像结合血清肿瘤标志物检测在肺癌术后复发诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的初步探讨双探头符合线路18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)显像结合血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌术后复发诊治中的应用。方法14例肺癌术后患者行外周血细胞角蛋白19(CK-19)mRNA检测(RT-PCR),双探头符合线路18F-FDG显像,癌胚抗原(CEA)、CYFRA21-1及神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测。结果3例双探头符合线路18F-FDG显像假阴性的肺癌术后患者,肿瘤标志物检测均为阳性,均为腺癌,2例仅CEA增高,1例CEA及CYFRA21-1均增高;1例双探头符合线路18F-FDG显像假阳性术后患者,三种标志物检查均阴性,后经病理及随访得到证实。结论双探头符合线路18F-FDG与血清肿瘤标志物结合在肺癌术后早期复发的监测上有互补作用。Objective To assess the application of ^18F- fluorodeoxyglucose （FDG） dual-head tomography with coincidence and serum tumor marker in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative lung cancer recurrence. Methods Serum CK-19 mRNA, carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）, neuron-specific enolase（NSE） ,and CYFRA21-1 protein levels of 14 postoperative lung cancer recurrence patients were detected and ^18F-FDG dual-head tomography with coincidence imaging was conducted. Results Three cases had false negative findings on ^18F-FDG ,three cases showed positive serum tumor markers, three cases were diagnosed as gland cancer, two cases only had CEA increased, one case had both CEA and CYFRA21-1 increased, and one case who had false positive findings on ^18F-FDG had negative sermn tumor markers, which were confirmed by pathology and follow-up consequently. Conclusion The combination of ^18F-FDG dual-head tomography with coincidence and serum tumor marker may be helpful in the detection of early recurrence of postoperative lung cancer.
