细胞粘附分子在恶性肾肿瘤中的表达

摘　　要：采用斑点杂交和Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交技术研究１２例恶性肾肿瘤组织中细胞间粘附分子和血管细胞粘附分子基因转录水平的表达。结果发现，细胞间粘附分子的阳性表达率为１００％，血管细胞粘附分子的阳性表达率为７５％（９／１２）。提示恶性肾肿瘤细胞中存在活化的细胞间粘附分子和血管细胞粘附分子基因，并可能影响肿瘤与宿主间的免疫反应。Using Dot and Northern blot techniques,the gene expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 was investigated in 10 cases of human renal cell carcinoma and in 2 cases of human renal pelvis transitional cell carcinoma.The results revealed that ICAM-1 was positively expressed in all cases,and that VCAM-1 was positivily expressed in 7 cases of renal cell carcinoma as well as 2 cases of transitional cell carcinoma.These results suggest that there are active genes of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 on malignant renal tumors and might be able to effect the host immune reaction.
