摘  要:目的探讨颈段食管癌的外科治疗方法和结果。方法颈段食管癌手术切除后,根据切除范围选择不同的自身空腔脏器,包括全胃、结肠、颈阔肌皮瓣以及自体喉与气管组织重建消化道。结果术后90.7%的患者恢复了较好的吞咽功能,88.7%患者同时保留了正常发声功能。食管胃或咽胃吻合者均有不同程度的反流。结论最大程度切除肿瘤及其所侵及的组织,尽可能地使患者保留良好的吞咽和发声功能,并防止各类并发症的发生是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the surgical procedure and result of the cervical esophageal cancer. Methods Fifty-six cases of the cervical esophageal cancer were treated. According to the ranges of resection, different auto-materials such as stomach,colon, platysma-skin flap and laryngotracheal flap were used to reconstruct the digestive tract. Results Postoperatively,90.7% of patients regained good swallowing function and 88.7 % of patients remained phonatory function at the same time. Cervical esophagogastrostomy or pharynoesophagostomy may lead to different degree of regurgitation. Conclusion The complete resection of tumor , swallowing function reconstruction,phonatory function preservation and the prevention and treatment of complications were the key of operation success.
