缓冲型套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究牙周病患者伴有牙列缺损时，用缓冲型套筒冠义齿修复的临床效果。方法对10例因重度牙周病所致牙列缺损患者进行缓冲型套筒冠义齿修复。测定修复前后牙齿松动度，并观察患者戴用该修复体后的主观感觉。结果 对10例牙周病患者进行缓冲型套筒冠义齿修复治疗，共制作义齿16件；基牙共计74颗，松动牙60颗；追踪观察0．5—1年。惠牙经修复治疗后，松动度明显降低，修复的总有效率为94．6％。结论 缓冲型套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损具有较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effects in patients with periodontal diseases after resilient telescopic denture treatment. Methods The changes of teeth mobility in patients with periodontal disease were determined before and after prosthodonfics treatment with resilient telescopic denture, The feeling of patients after prosthodontics treatment were observed. 16 resilient telescopic dentures were made. There were 74 basement teeth, among which 60 were mobilizable. The observation period varied from 6 to 12 months. Results The -nobility of malady teeth decreased after recondition. Most patients were improved in mastication function after treatment with their resilient teleseopic denture, and the total efficacy rate was 94.6%. Conclusion The resilient telescopic denture is fairly effective in the prosthodontics treatmerit of periodontal diseases,
