表面麻醉下青光眼白内障联合手术

摘　　要：目的：探讨表而麻醉下进行青光眼联合白内障手术的可行性和优点。方法：对81例96眼用0．5％爱尔凯因眼液表面麻醉实施青光眼联合白内障手术。结果：麻醉效果Ⅰ级68例（70．82％），Ⅱ级24例（25％），Ⅲ级4例（4．26％）。术后矫正视力〈0．1者13眼（13．51％），0．1～0．4者37眼（38．57％），0．5～0．9者38眼（39．62％）．≥1．0者8眼（8．34％）。术后第1天11眼发生暂时性高眼匪，经用药物或眼球按摩后均恢复正常；6跟发生Ⅰ～Ⅱ度浅前房和低眼压，经散瞳和加压包扎后恢复正常。结论：表面麻醉对抗青光眼联合白内障手术是一种有效、安全、简便的麻醉选择，值得推广应用。Objective. To evaluate the feasibility and superiority of topical anesthesia in surgery treatment of glaucoma with phacoemulsification. Methods. Surgeries were performed in 81 cases （96 eyes） of glaucoma accompanied with phaco and Iola under topical anesthesia with 0.5% Alca nin eye drops. Results： The application of topical anesthesia obtained a satisfactory anesthesia effect,better visual acuity and intraocular pressure. Conclusion. Topical anesthesia is effective, safe and simple anesthesia alternative in routine anti-glaucoma surgery in the patients accompanied with phaco and Iol.
