超声引导定位针定位切除乳腺肿块的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声引导下定位针定位切除临床触诊不清乳腺肿块的应用。方法:36例患者的38个临床触诊不清的乳腺肿块在高频超声引导下定位针定位后手术切除。结果:38个肿块均被准确切除,其中良性34个、恶性4个。结论:超声引导下定位针定位切除触诊不清的乳腺肿块操作方便、定位准确、发现的乳腺癌肿直径小,临床分期早。Objective： To explore the value of the located needles guided by ultrasound to locate breast lesions, which were unclear in clinical palpation. Methods： Detected by the located needles under high frequency ultrasound guidance,38 breast lesions which were unclear in clinical palpation in 36 women were excised. Results： All 38 breast lesions were removed successfully. Pathological results showed that 34 of these breast lesions were benign lesions and 4 of them were malignant lesions. Conclusion. Breast lesions which are unclear in clinical palpation can be accurately detected by the located needles under high frequency ultrasound guidance, and which are easily to perform. The breast cancers could be found by the located needles are at small size and at early stage.
