摘　　要：从“收支两条线”的特点、模式等方面进行了探讨,并充分肯定了这种资金管理模式在电力企业财务管理中的积极作用。the characteristics and model of＂separated revenue of expenditure＂ are discussed and the active role that played by such fund management model in the financial management of power utilities is also highly appraised in this paper.
