舒肝健脾颗粒治疗肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨舒肝健脾颗粒治疗肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]治疗组40例口服舒肝健脾颗粒,对照组40例口服洛哌丁胺。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效8例,有效25例,无效2例,对照组痊愈1例,显效4例,有效27例,无效8例,2组比较差异有显著性。[结论]舒肝健脾颗粒治疗肠易激综合征有较好疗效。[Objective]Explore the curative effect of Shugan Jianpi Granule on irritable bowl syndrome. [Method] The treatment group 40 cases take orally the Granule, the control lopcramide. [Result]In the treatment group, 5 cases are cured, 8 markedly effective, 25 effective, 2 have no effect; in the control, they are 1, 4, 27, 8 respectively; there＇s marked difference between the two groups. [Conclusion] Shugan Jianpi Granule has good therapeutic effect on irritable bowl syndrome.
