摘　　要：基于WEB的远程教学是现代继续教育的发展方向,实现教材管理的科学化,简单化,条理化,有效提高工作效率,是现代远程教育管理的一项重要任务,然而用传统开发技术如ASP、PHP则存在程序可重用程度低,可扩展性差,维护工作烦琐等缺点。本文讲述了采用Struts技术开发出基于MVC模型的远程教材管理系统。试用系统证明,该远程教材管理系统具有良好的运行效果,并且易于维护。The distance leaning based on Web is a new direction for modern proceeding learning, and one of the most important pur poses of modern distance education management is to ensure the teaching material management be more scientific, more simple, and more efficient .This paper introduces the design and implementation of teaching material management system based on Struts-MVC pattern . The test shows that the system designed with Struts has good performance and maintainability.
