摘　　要：本文总结了国家科技图书文献中心实时参考咨询系统的建设经验，重点阐述了该系统的体系结构、功能设计以及系统建设过程中遇到的技术选型、刷新策略、性能优化、实时监控等几个关键问题及其解决办法，以期为类似系统的建设提供借鉴。The architecture and features of the online reference system for NSTL are introduced briefly in the paper. Four key problems including technology framework discovery, messages refreshing, performance optimizing and real-time monitoring, encountered in developing the application system, and their solutions are described in detail, which we hope to do some help in new construction of such systems.
