摘　　要：根据证件照片中脸部各个对象的不同特征,分别采用不同的定位方法进行定位。对证件照片采用JPEG2000进行压缩,同时将提取出来的特征参数加入到压缩文件中。实现了一个简单的证件照片压缩和检索系统,经验证,系统具有较高的检索精确度。Based on the different facial characters of ID photo, the paper proposes several methods to locate feature points for extracting the facial feature exactly. The ID photo is compressed by JPEG2000, at the same time adds the parameters of face to the compressed file. The compression and retrieval system is implemented, the system works well and has relatively high retrieval accuracy.
