滤膜扩散法测试齿科美白剂的细胞毒性

摘　　要：遵照ISO7405:1997《牙科学-用于牙科的医疗器械生物相容性临床前评价-牙科材料试验方法》国际标准的试验原则,采用齿科材料国际标准的试验方法,测试齿科美白剂的细胞毒性。试验结果显示齿科美白剂具有轻度细胞毒性。According to the experimental principle of international biological appraising standard （ISO7405：1997） on medical apparatus and adopting the experimental method on the the cytotoxicity test of decolorant gel of dental material , studied the cytotoxicity of decolorant gel of dental material. It was showed that the materials had mild cell toxicity.
