摘　　要：同源框基因是一类控制胚胎发育和细胞分化的调节基因。其家族成员之一HOXA11参与雌性生殖系统的发育,构建正常形态的子宫内膜,影响子宫内膜容受性,并与雄性不育相关。Homeobox gene is a sort of regulatory gene which controls embryonic development and cellular differentiation. HOXAll, as one of the familiar members, play an important role in the development of female reproductive system, the construction of the normal endometrium and the receptivity of endometrium, and is also related to male infertility.
