摘　　要：目的测定评价欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)的乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表QLQ-BR53中文版的应用效果。方法通过测定165例乳腺癌患者的生命质量对QLQ-BR53量表进行评价。所得资料用统计学方法进行相关分析及配对t检验。结果各领域的重测信度均在0.80以上,而且大部分在0.90以上;各领域内部一致性信度α值除认知功能为0.51外,其余均在0.70以上;各条目与其领域的相关系数r值均在0.6以上;治疗前后发现躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、疲倦、恶心与呕吐5个领域的得分差异有统计学意义。结论QLQ-BR53中文版具有较好的信度和效度,可用于中国乳腺癌患者的生命质量测定,但其反应度有待于进一步研究。Objective：To evaluate the Chinese version of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer, breast cancer-specific Quality of Life Questionnaire （EORTC QLQ-BR23）. Methods： One hundred and sixty-five breast cancer patients completed the questionnaires. The results were analyzed by paired t-test and analysis of correlation. Results： The test-retest reliabilities in different domains were all above 0.8 and most were above 0.9. The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients were higher than 0.70 except that of cognitive functioning （0.51）. The correlation coefficient between single item and its domain was higher than 0.6. The scores before and after treatment were statistically significant in 5 domains including physical functioning, role functioning,cognitive functioning, fatigue, nausea and vomiting. Conclusion： EORTC QLQ-BR23 （Chinese version） is reliable and valid in assessing the quality of life in Chinese women with breast cancer.
