摘 要:溶脲脲原体(UreaplasmaUrealyticum,U.U.)是泌尿生殖道常见的病原体,在U.U.上行性感染的动物模型中,已证明睾儿发生明显的病理损伤。本文以对数生长期的U.U.及热天活U.U.加入培养中的小鼠腹腔Mφ(PEC-Mφ)中,并检测Mφ产生TNF-α的活性。实验证明对数生长期的活U.U.及热灭活U.U.可使PEC—Mφ产生TNF—a的活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且与感染剂量相关.提示U.U.感染的动物模型中睾丸的病理损伤可能与局部微环境中细胞因子网络改变有关。Ureaplasma Urealyticum (U. U. ) is one of the common pathogens in the urogenital tracts. It has been verified that U. U. infection could lead to significant pathologic changes in testis using an animal model of ascending U. U. infection. In this paper,we reported the effect of U. U. on TNF - a production by mouse peritoneal cavity macrophage (PEC - Mφ). It has been shown that both living U. U. at logarithmic growth phase and the heat inacthiated U. U. can stimulate the production of TNF - a by the mouse PEC -Mφ (P<0. 05),being related to the infection dosage. It has .been suggested that the microenvironment changes,one of which is the increase in TNF -a, might be closely related to the cell focus's pathologic changes in testis of U. U. infected animal model.
