介入治疗对宫颈癌水通道蛋白1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗对宫颈癌中AQP1表达的影响及意义。方法术前行动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌标本16例为实验组,术前未行动脉栓塞的宫颈癌标本14例为对照组,分别应用RT-PCR及免疫组化法检测AQP1在不同组织中的表达。结果AQP1mRNA在介入治疗前后宫颈癌组织中均有表达,AQP1mRNA在行介入治疗的宫颈癌组织中表达明显降低(P<0.01)。AQP1表达于宫颈癌组织的毛细血管内皮细胞上,胞膜及胞浆染色。介入治疗后,宫颈癌组织中AQP1表达及肿瘤微血管密度明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论介入治疗可以降低AQP1在宫颈癌中的表达,抑制宫颈癌的生长和转移。Objective To evaluate the effect and significance of interventional treatment on the expression level and distribution of AQPI in cervical carcinoma, Methods 16 specinenes of cervical carcinoma tissues received chemotherapy embolism before hysterectomy were studied as test group, 14 specinenes of cervical carcinoma tissues which only had hysterectomy were studied as control groups. The expression of AQP 1 on different tissues was detected using RT - PCR and immunohistochemical method . Results AQP 1 mRNA on both cervical carcinoma tissues before and after interventional treatment all had expression. The expression level of AQPI mRNA remarkably decreased in cervical carcinoma after interventional treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of AQP1 was on epithelial cells of capillary vessel of cervical carcinoma . Expression of AQPI and microvascular density remarkably decreased in cervical carcinoma after interventional treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Interventional treatment can decrease the expression of AQPI in cervical carcinoma and suppress the growth and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
