摘 要:目的探讨深部脏器肿瘤经动脉导管热灌注加温的影响因素。方法模拟临床条件,将55~68℃之间不同温度的液体以10~40ml/min不同速度,经临床常用不同型号和长度的导管灌注,用数字温度仪检测导管流出热灌注的温度,用多元回归分析临床条件下影响导管口流出液体温度的主要因素。结果在与临床相似的条件下,灌注温度、速度及所用导管长度是影响灌注液从导管流出温度的主要因素。以20~40ml/min的速度经80cm长5F导管灌注60~65℃液体,液体从导管口流出温度的均数为(47.55±0.44)℃;其95%可信区间为44.6l~48.49℃。结论通过调节灌注温度和速度可对特定导管流出热液的温度进行有效调控。Objective To investigate the factors related to the heating effect by transarterial catheter hyperthermic infusion with the evaluation of the feasibility in controlling the tumor temperature. Methods Infusing 55-68℃ liquid at the speed of 10-40 ml/min through 6F, 5F or 3F catheter with different length respectively under the similar clinical condition. The liquid temperature at the terminal exit of the catheter was measured with a digital thermometer. The factors related to the liquid temperature at the exit of the catheter were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results The infusion temperature, rate and the catheter length were the main related factors to the liquid temperature at the exit of the catheter as the condition similar in clinical use. When 60-65℃ liquid was infused at the rate of 20-40 ml/min through 5F catheter with length of 80 cm, the mean and 95 % confidencial interval of the liquid temperature at the chetbeter exit were (47.55 ± 0.44)℃ and 44.61-48.49℃ respectively. Conclusions The liquid temperature at the exit of infusion catheter can be regulated and controlled through adjusting the liquid perfusion temperature and speed.
