摘 要:牙周骨移植、引导组织再生术(gu ided tissue regeneration,GTR)为牙周病的治疗和牙周缺损的修复带来了新的希望,但在恢复牙周组织的结构和功能方面还远不能达到理想的目标。组织工程和基因技术才刚刚起步,离临床应用还有较远的距离;药物控释技术的迅猛发展和活性牙周生物材料的研制与开发,为损害牙周组织结构功能的修复重建开辟了新的研究空间。With the development of periodontal bone graft and guided tissue regeneration(GTR) ,traditional treatments concepts have already been replaced by new bio - techniques and the researches in tissue engineering and gene engineering,which have brought new expectation and achieved good results. But in present, the unsolved questions, such as the immunogenic property of seed cells, the potential risks of gene treatment, have greatly cumbered their clinical use. Bioactive molecules or drugs can be delivered to special tissues such as periodontal area at the right time in the right amount by the further studies in both technique and biomaterials of sustained or controlled release system, which may be a new prospect in periodontal tissue regeneration.
