眼动追踪仪的调试和初步应用

摘　　要：目的对眼动追踪仪进行调试,并运用该仪器客观测量眼球水平运动,探讨该仪器在测量眼球聚散参数中的可行性和重复性。方法通过对眼动追踪仪的合理设置和调整,记录眼球水平运动,并通过相关软件对数据进行分析和计算。结果通过具体的设置,眼动追踪仪能够精确地记录眼球的水平运动,即在注视特定视标时眼球运动的一个动态过程。在不同调节刺激下的眼动量呈线性关系,R2=0.991。结论经过调试后的眼动追踪仪能够客观地记录双眼的水平运动量,操作过程较为简单,仪器性能较为稳定,所获得的数据重复性较好,可用于人眼运动的动态测量和研究。Objective Adjusting the eye tracker and applying it in objectively measuring of the eye horizontal movement. Evaluating the accuracy of it in measuring the vergence. Methods Properly set and adjusted, the eye tracker was used to record the horizontal eye movement, then analyze the data by correlative software. Results The instrument was able to record the horizontal eye movement accurately and objectively. The dynamic precis of eye movement during fixation and saocade can be record easily. The instrument made it easy to count the motor-ocular parameters such as vergence and response AC/A. Conclusion The eye tracker can be used to measure the eye movement accurately and easily. It was of practical value to measure ocularmotor parameter and it＇ll be expansively applied in the accommodation and vergence research field.
