摘  要:目的:探讨城市学龄前儿童行为问题发生情况,研究影响儿童行为问题危险因素的作用。方法:用问卷和评价的方法调查1 228名集体学龄前儿童的行为问题发生情况及其影响因素,用多水平Logistic回归模型分析危险因素的作用大小。结果:儿童行为问题检出率为16.77%,儿童行为问题有交往不良、焦虑、社交退缩、躯体诉述、抑郁及强迫性行为。孕周异常、母亲有孕期异常、教育方法不当、儿童气质类型为难养型是儿童发生行为问题的危险因素。结论:不应忽视班级环境对集体学前儿童行为问题的影响,用多水平模型分析整群抽样的心理学调查资料可得到更多的信息。Objective: To study the situation of behavior problems of preschool children in city and the influence of risk factors on those problems. Methods : 1 228 congregate preschool children were investigated by filling questionnaire and giving assessment. The effects of risk factors were analyzed with multilevel logistic model. Results: The incidence of behavior problems among preschool children was 16.77%. Social problem, anxiety, flinch in social activities, somatic complaints, depression and obsession were the main categories of the problem. The risk factors related included abnormal pregnant weeks, mother' s abnormal conditions during pregnancy, improper disciplining method, and difficult temperament of children. Conclusions: The influence of class environment on congregate preschool children should not be ignored. Multilevel model is very efficient for analysis of psychological survey data from cluster sampling.
