摘　　要：简要地介绍了风暴潮的产生及其分类和各自的特点,重点讨论了风暴潮引起的灾害损失及致灾因子,最后针对风暴潮灾害如何进行有效的防御问题进行了初步的探讨,以期为经济日益发展的沿海地区防灾减灾提供依据。In this paper, the origin of storm surge, the surge＇s sort and the respective trait are introduced. Especially, the disaster of storm surge and the factors of induce disaster are discussed. Finally, the storm surge disaster proof measures are studied. Provide the disaster proof guideline to the developed littoral.
