新建本科师范学院办学思路探析

摘　　要：新建本科师范学院办学思路是:树立科学发展的教育理念,推进专科向本科、传统教育向素质教育模式的转变,实现规模、结构、质量与效益的统一,科学知识、人文素质、创新思维与实践能力的统一,党建、师资、学科专业与校园建设的统一,把学院建设成为当地的教育中心、科研中心、先进文化中心和知识信息中心,使新建院校在科学发展观的指导下,迈上全面、协调和可持续发展的道路。The thought of running a school in newly-established colleges of four-year schooling is to set up the scientific concept of education development, advance the change of personnel structure and the mode of student management and accomplish the unity of scale, structure, quality and efficiency so as to build and make the college into the centre of education, scientific research, advanced culture and information of the local area and lead the college onto a road of sustainable development in an all-round and coordinated way under the guidance of the scientific concept of development.
