摘　　要：我国是一个自然灾害频发的国家,如何保护农民的农业财产,免除农民的后顾之忧,促使农民高效地进行农业生产,是统筹城乡发展、建立和谐社会的重要课题。本文在对江苏十个地区农民参加农业保险意愿情况的调查基础上,分析了农民投保农业保险的制约因素,提出了实施和推广农业保险的建议。Our country is prone to natural calamities. How to protect peasants＇ agricultural property, avoid their worry and improve agricultural production efficiently is an important subject to make overall plan and all-round consideration of the development in urban and rural areas and set up the harmonious society. Based on the will investigation of agricultural insurance among the farmers in 10 districts in Jiangsu, restrictive factors of agricultural insurance are analyzed and some suggestions to implement and popularize agricultural insurance are put forward.
