摘 要:采用60Coγ射线全身照射6Gy的大鼠和光烧伤背部皮肤30%TBSAⅢ度模型,动态地观察了放射损伤、烧伤及放烧复合伤大鼠心肌细胞膜β-肾上腺素能受体(βAR)密度在伤后1,3,8,16和24小时的变化情况。结果表明,放射损伤、烧伤和放烧复合伤后心肌细胞膜βAR的最大结合容量(Bmax)在伤后所观察的5个时相点皆有明显的下降。心肌细胞膜βAR密度下降可能是引起放射损伤、烧伤和放烧复合伤后心肌功能受抑制的主要原因之一。本文作者对心肌细胞膜βAR密度下降的原因进行了探讨。Rats were divided into three groups and subjected to total body irradiation of 6 Gy γ rays from a 60Co source, 30% total body surface area full tfickness burns,or both of them,respectively. The changes of β-adrenoceptor. concentration in myocardial membrane were observed on 1, 3.8, 16 and 24h after injury.It was found that Bmax was significantly decreased in all the three groups during 24h after injury. The value of KD increased only at 1h and 3h after radiation injury. The decrease of β-adrenoceptor concentration in rats may be one of the major reasons for cardiac dysfunction after radiation, burn and combined injuries, The reasons of decreasing β-adrenoceptor concentration are discussed.
