摘　　要：目的了解进展期胃癌及对照组胃溃疡病人手术前后血浆胆固醇水平,探讨其与胃癌临床分型的相关性。方法术前及术后10d测定临床确诊的胃癌及胃溃疡病人血浆胆固醇含量,记录相应病例胃癌临床分型,进行统计学分析。结果进展期胃癌患者术前血浆胆固醇较对照组术前显著降低,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);胃癌术后血浆胆固醇水平升高,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组术后比较差异无统计学意义。A组Bormann(Ⅲ、Ⅳ型)手术前血浆胆固醇较B组Bormann(Ⅰ、Ⅱ型)降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B组术后血浆胆固醇均升高(P>0.05);各自与术前相比,A组差异无统计学意义,B组差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论进展期胃癌患者,手术前血浆胆固醇水平降低,术后升高;降低、升高的程度与临床分型相关;临床分型越差,术前、术后血浆胆固醇水平越低,升高的程度越明显。Objective To evaluate the level of serum cholesterol in patients with progressive gastric cancer and gastric ulcer before and after operation, and the relationship between the level of serum cholesterol and the clinical differential degree of progressive gastric cancer . Methods To measure the content of serum cholesterol in patients with progressive gastric cancer and gastric ulcer before operation and after operation 10 day. The size of tumor, infiltration, metastasis and the pattern of the operation were studied statistically. Results The level of serum cholesterol in group of progressive gastric cancer was significant lower than that of normal control group （P 〈 0.01 ）, which increased significantly after the operation. There was no significant difference in the level of serum cholesterol between two groups after operation （P 〈 0.05）. Before the operation, the level of serum cholesterol in Bormann （ Ⅲ, Ⅳ ） of group B was significantly lower than that in Bormann （ Ⅰ, Ⅱ） of group A, P〈0.05. After the operation, the level in two groups increased, but there was no significant difference between them. As compared with the level of serum cholesterol before the operation, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） in group A, but there was significant difference in group B after the operation（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There is a closely correlation between the level of serum cholesterol and clinical progress. The worse the clinical degree of gastric cancer is, the more obvious the level of serum cholesterol changes before and after the operation.
