肾癌组织白细胞介素6的增强表达及意义

摘　　要：采用Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交方法，对人肾癌和正常肾组织进行ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ表达的研究，并分析表达水平与临床指标的关系。结果显示：３０例肾癌和９例配对肾组织均获阳性表达，癌组织为不同程度表达，１例慢性肾盂肾炎组织为较强表达，８例正常肾组织为低表达。癌组织表达较正常肾组织明显增强，其中１０例超过正常１０倍以上。癌组织ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ高表达与血沉有关，血沉快者ＩＬ－６表达率高。ＩＬ－６高表达者临床上有出现红细胞增多症的趋势。With Northern blot technique,IL-6mRNA expression was assayed in renal cell carcinoma tissue and in normal renal tissue.IL-6mRNA was positively expressed in all the 30 renal cell carcinoma tissues and the expression level was significantly higher than that of the normal renal tissues.10 of the 30 carcinoma tissues showed as much as a 10-fold enhanced expression of Ll-6.IL-6mRNA was also positively expressed in 9 paired normal renal tissue but of low level except in one chronic nephropyelitis tissue.Patients with high-level IL-6 expression have a tendency to erythrocytosis.
