摘  要:【目的】检测结肠癌中Fas和P-糖蛋白的表达情况。【方法】采用组织芯片技术,应用免疫组化方法对84例结肠癌标本进行Fas和P-糖蛋白表达情况检测。【结果】管状腺癌中Fas和P-糖蛋白的高表达率均显著高于粘液腺癌(P<0.05),高中分化病例中Fas和P-糖蛋白的高表达率均显著高于粘液腺癌(P<0.05)。高表达Fas的病例中P-糖蛋白的高表达率显著高于Fas低表达病例(P<0.05)。【结论】结肠癌中Fas和P-糖蛋白表达随分化程度的降低而降低,并且与组织学类型有关。高表达P-糖蛋白可能是部分高中分化病例对化疗不敏感的原因之一。[Objective] To examine the expression of Fas and P-glycoprotein in colon carcinoma. [Methods] Immunohistochemical staining of Fas and P-glycoprotein were performed on two tissue microarrays made from 84 paraffin embedded colon carcinoma specimens. [ Results] Expression rates of Fas and P-glycoprotein in tubiform adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in mucoid carcinoma (P 〈 0.05). Expression rates of Fas and P-glycoprotein in well and moderately differentiated carcinomas were significantly higher than those in poorly differentiated carcinomas (P 〈 0.05). Expression rate of P-glycoprotein in cases expressing high level of Fas was significantly higher than that in cases expressing low level of Fas (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Expression of Fas and P-glycoprotein in colon carcinoma is negatively related with differential grade of tumor and is related with histological types. Cases expressing high level of P-glycoprotein can be one reasons of chemoresistance in some well and moderately differentiated carcinomas.
