彩阶B超在涎腺肿块中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文应用彩阶Ｂ超的七段编码技术对涎腺肿块进行了研究。受检者共３５人，其中混合瘤１６例、腺淋巴瘤８例、恶性肿瘤７例、囊肿４例，所有病例均经手术和病理证实。结果显示：混合瘤内部回声的平均色量级高于腺淋巴瘤（Ｐ＜０．０１），与恶性肿瘤相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。其色量级之差比腺淋巴瘤大，但小于恶性肿瘤，囊肿回声多为暗区（３／４），只有１例为飘浮的兰色光点。混合瘤、腺淋巴瘤的境界以锐利型和过渡型为主（２１／２４），而恶性肿瘤则以镶嵌型为主（６／７），囊肿多为锐利型，只有１例伴感染的为过渡型。涎腺肿块的境界类型是诊断涎腺肿块的最有价值的指标。本文结果表明：彩阶有助于对涎腺肿块内部回声的定量及境界的类型作出较为客观的评估，以提高诊断的准确率。The seven-scale color-coded ultrasound was used to study salivary gland masses,included 16 pleomorphic adenomas,8 adenolymphomas,7 malignancies and 4 cysts.All were confirmed by surgery and patholof1y. The mean color quantity scale of pleomorphic adenoms was higher than that of adenolymphoma(P<0.01),like that of malignant tumor(P>0.05);the disparity of the color quantity scale was broader than that of adenolymphoma but less than that of malignant tumor.Most of the pleomorphic adenoma and adenolymphoma's border were sharp and transitional(21/24). Conversely,six of the 7 malignant were mosaic.All but one of the cysts were anechoic and sharp.Border of mass the most valuble fur its diagnosis.
