摘　　要：对24例外耳、中耳恶性肿瘤患者的临床特征进行了分析。认为,早期诊断,选择扩大的手术,配合术后放疗是治愈的关键;临床分期系统适用于所有类型的耳部恶性肿瘤,对预后估价有重要指导意义。The present paper reports the analysis of etiology,clinical staging system,diagnosis, treatment,and prognosis of the clinical data coming from 24 cases with carcinoma of the exter nal and middle ear. It shows that the key of cure is early diagnosis,enlarging surgery and radiothe-rapy after operation. The clinical staging system of this paper is suitable for all typical carcinoma of ear. It is an significant reference for prognosis.
