摘 要:先秦逻辑史上的“类”概念主要是从概念所反映的事物的特有属性,去把握类的规定性;从对类概念的实际运用开始,逐渐发展到对“类”概念本身的考察。我国国人的特点是重实际,注重实践,而在理论方面,以具体知识为满足。对于分类的事情,除非在实践中迫切需要,否则不会细加探究。加上国人“长于伦理而忽视逻辑,”所以中国逻辑史上“类”概念运用至久才被墨子抽象出来作为考察对象,而且“类”的含义也有多种,除了逻辑学上的意义,还有认识论和伦理学的意义。The concept of category in the logical history of Pre-Qin period mainly explained the character of category from the peculiar attribution of the things that the concepts reflect. The logicians started their study from making use of category, and then they went ahead to research category. And their research made close connection with practical life, so category carried epistemological meaning and ethical meaning. Chinese people tended to think much of practice, but in theory, they were satisfied with concrete knowledge. They would not investigate classification carefully, unless it was urgently needed in practice. Chinese people was good at ethie but ignored logic, since having been used for a long time in Chinese logical history, the concept of category was not abstracted as a research object until Mozi, at the same time, category had several meanings besides logic meaning, such as epistemological meaning and ethical meaning.
