岩舒注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的评价岩舒注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 56例有细胞学或病理证实、初治、KPS评分60分以上,预计生存时间3个月以上的ⅢB和Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者。信封抽签分组为岩舒加化疗组和单纯化疗组,各28例。两组患者都接受MVP化疗,丝裂霉素6 mg/m2静注,第1天;长春地辛2 mg／m2 静注,第1、8天;顺铂20 mg静滴,第1～5天。每三周重复。岩舒加化疗组,化疗同时给予岩舒注射液30 ml加入 250 ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,每天1次,每个连用15天。结果两组患者接受化疗2～4个周期。治疗结束岩舒加化疗组和单纯化疗组肿瘤消退有效率分别为35．7％(10／28)和21．4％(6／28)(P>0．05);胸痛缓解率分别为 85．7％(18／21)和45．5％(10／22)(P<0．05)。1年生存率分别为32．1％(9／28)和25．0％(7／28)(P>0．05)。岩舒加化疗组的骨髓毒性明显轻于单纯化疗组,有显著差异。胃肠道反应等两组无显著差异。结论岩舒联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,较单纯化疗更能有效地控制胸痛症状,减轻骨髓毒性。Objective. To observe the effect of chemotherapy combined with YANSHU injection for advanced lung cancer. Methods： 56 cases were diagnosed by cell and pathology. They were treated and KPS marked was over 60. The expected survival time was 3 months. The cases were divided into two groups in random： 28 patients in the study group treated with chemotherapy and YANSHU injection and 28 patients in the control group treated with chemotherapy alone. All patients in two groups were treated by chemotherapy of MVP regiment. Patients in the study group were given YANSHU injection for ten days during chemotherapy cycle. Results： The response rate of tumor was 35.7 % （10/28） in the study group and 21.4% （6/28） in the control group. The response rate of pain of cheat in the study group was 85.7% （ 18/21 ） and 45.5 % （10/22） in the control group. The 1 - year survival rate was 32.1% （ 9/28 ） in the study; group and 25. 0% （7/28） in the control group. Conclusion：Efficacy of chemotherapy combined with YANSHU injection is higher than that of Chemotherapy alone on chest pain of advanced lung cancer. YANSHU injection may decrease blood toxic reactions of chemotherapy.
