摘  要:本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对2,4-滴丁酯原药进行分离鉴定,得到2,4-滴丁酯及其10个杂质质谱图,分析这些质谱图,推断出各自的结构;并总结2,4-滴丁酯质谱裂解规律及10个杂质的质谱特征,指导2,4-滴类化合物常规分析和残留分析。本文还对某企业的2,4-滴丁酯原药的杂质进行了定量分析,实验结果证明,行业标准中所限制的游离酚质量分数符合要求。2,4-D Butylate is an important herbicide in China.According to some toxicologic or phytotoxic problems, impurities had been taken into consideration for the safety assessment of pesticides.In this article, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method, using DB-L column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm), taking program temperature was developed to separate and analyze 2,4-D Butyl.ate and 10 impurities in technical material.Using electron impact (EI) method, 2,4- D Butyiatc and 10 impurities were, idcntified and confirmed.The way of dissociation of 2,4-D Butylate was discussed.Using GC-FID method, the content of 2,4-D Butylate and 10 impurities were measured.
