C反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸在脑梗死患者急性期的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者急性期血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸的变化,以及与脑梗死的关系。方法对99例急性脑梗死患者和80例健康志愿者采用免疫增强的投射比浊法及高效液相色谱法,分别检测外周血中C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、内皮素的含量,同时检测总胆固醇(TC)水平、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量,并对其进行对比及相关性分析。结果脑梗死组(试验组)血浆中C-反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素含量分别是:4.11±1.39mg/L,15.32±5.61μmol/L,86.27±25.33ng/L,TC/HDL值为3.82±1.13;而正常对照组分别是:1.17±0.30mg/L,8.63±1.67μmol/L,42.17±12.01ng/L2,.15±0.53,对应两组间差异均具显著性(P<0.05),C-反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸与内皮素的相关系数分别为0.632及0.774,均呈正相关。结论C-反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素是脑梗死发生的重要危险因素,联合分析对于脑梗死的预测和干预处理有一定临床价值。Objective To research the role and the relationship between changes of the content of hypersensitive C-reaction protein（hs-CRP）,homocysteine（Hcy） and endothelin（ET） in acute ischaemic patients. Methods 99 cases of hs CRP, homocysteine and endothelin in patients in acute ischaemic patients and 80 cases of them in normal persons as control were detected by immune reinforced projective turbidimetry and high performance liquid chromatograpy. Results In stroke patients plasma hs-CRP, Hcy and ET levels were 4.11 ± 1.39mg/L, 15.32 ± 5.61 μmol/L,86.27 ± 25.33ng/L,TC/HDL were 3.82 ± 1.13, the controls were 1.17 ± 0.30mg/L,8.63 ± 1.67 μ mol/L,42.17 ± 12.01 ng/L,2.15 ± 0.53,there were significant differences between them （P〈0.05）,there were positive between hs-CRP and ET,Hcy and ET（r=0.632,0.774）. Conclusion hs-CRP,Hcy and ET contribute to the development and growth of cerebral infarction ,there are utilitarian clinical value of their detection.
