摘　　要：目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与缺血性脑卒中(ischemicstroke)的关系。方法187例住院患者,分为缺血性脑卒中组93例及对照组94例,用高效液相色谱仪和荧光检测仪测定两组血浆总Hcy水平,并分析Hcy水平与糖尿病、高血压、年龄、性别、血脂各指标之间的关系。结果Hcy水平:(1)与糖尿病、高血压、年龄、性别、血脂各指标之间无明显相关关系;(2)缺血性脑卒中组显著高于对照组。结论Hcy水平升高与缺血性脑卒中密切相关,高同型半胱氨酸血症是缺血性脑卒中发病的一个独立危险因素。Objective To study the relation between plasma total homocysteine （Hcy） and ischemic stroke. Methods Ninety-three ischemic stroke patients were enrolled as IS group and ninety-four nor-IS patients as control group. The plasma levels of Hcy were measured in all subjects. The relations between Hcy and diabetes, hypertension, age, sex, blood lipid were analyzed. And their plasma total Hcy levels were measured using highperformance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Results （1） There were no relations between Hcy and diabetes, hypertension, age, sex and boold lipid. （2） The level of Hcy in the patients with ischemic stroke was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Plasma Hcy level is elevated in patients with ischemic stroke. Hyperhomocysteinemia may be an independent risk factor for ischemic stroke.
