从国别语体看“中国英语”客观存在的合理性

摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化和国际交往的增加,英语正愈来愈被看作是一种国际交往的工具,不再为一国或一个民族所专有,而成为一种中性的信息媒介;另一方面,英国英语和美国英语也不再被看作是仅有的两种标准语,而只不过是英语的两种国别变体。英语语言的国别变体,中国英语的定义及特点,中国英语的社会文化基础是中国英语存在的客观条件,认为中国英语是客观存在、合情合理的,符合中国人的国情、思维方式、人文及社会文化,具有中国的特点,同时又符合英语的标准。With the economic globalization and the increasing interactions between countries,English is more and more widely used as a means of international communication. It is no long singly owned by one country or one nation, but has become an intermediate means of information. On the other hand, both British English and American English have not been viewed any longer as the only standardized English but two varieties of English. The article, by discussing the current situations of English world, varieties of English, definition and characteristics of English, and the social-cultural foundations of China English , holds that China English, with characteristics of China, exists subjectively and rationally, not only according to the national conditions, style of thinking and social culture of Chinese people and tallying with the standard of English as well.
