摘　　要：高等教育需求的迅速扩张,加剧了高等教育市场供不应求的卖方市场现状。就短期来看,在教育规模无法及时扩大的情况下,引起了高等教育的质量下降等一系列后果。The demand of higher education expands rapidly. It aggravates the seller＇s market status in higher education market, In the short run, for the production scale is not expanded, the quality of higher education has been lowered. In the long run, the government should considerate a series of measures to solve these problems.
