摘　　要：教育股份制是多种民办教育办学体制中的一种。它不仅是一种以股份形式筹措教育经费的高效的资本联合制度,还是一种以持股份额分配收益(同时承担风险)的分配制度。本文分析了教育股份制资本收益分配的依据、影响因素、分配原则以及分配构成。The educational share-holding system is one of the manifold school-running systems run by the local people.It is not only a united efficient capital system of collecting educational funds in the organizational form of share-holding system, but also it is a capital income allotment system according to possessive stocks （meanwhile at the risk of losing the capital）. This thesis analyses the foundations, influencing factors, principles and structures.
