摘　　要：目的:研究经腹入路治疗胃底贲门癌的获益和指征。方法:对对1990年到2005年间的60例经腹手术径路的胃底贲门癌治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:贲门癌切除术后所有的患者均治愈出院,无吻合口漏、瘘的发生,无围手术期的死亡。结论:经腹径路行胃底贲门癌的切除对高危病人来说是一个理想、安全的方式。Objective：To study the advantage and indication of transventral approach in the treatment of cardiac cancet. Methods：From 1990 to 2005,60 cases with cardiac cancer received radical resection were analyzed retrospectively. Results：After cardiac cancer resection, the handsewn esophagojcjunostomy and esophagogastrostomy were performed in 60 cases.All cases were cured and discharged without anastomotic leakage and death during perioperative period. Conclusion：Transventral approach for redical resection of cardiac cancer is an ideal,safe method in patients with high risk of operation.
