摘　　要：目前大学生就业问题研究越来越得到社会各界的关注,而少数民族女大学生就业问题是一个十分重要的部分。面对少数民族女大学生就业中存在的诸多问题,应采取培养综合素质、塑造复合型人才、适当调整就业观念、加强相关的职业技能培训等措施来提升其就业能力,使她们更好地适应社会的需求。At present, personages of various circles have more concern to the study of employment problems of university students of which the employment problems of ethnic minority university female students constitute an important part. In order to solve these problem faced by ethnic minority university female students, measures should be adopted to train their comprehensive qualities, cultivate comprehensive talents, readjust their ideas of employment and strengthen the training of relevant professional skills to improve their competitive ability in employment and enable them to meet social needs more competently.
