摘　　要：结合图书馆藏书管理发展过程,用PDCA循环的概念推论图书馆发展过程中藏书管理模式的变化,提出依托新技术的支持,以藏书利用为中心,采取多分馆多馆藏地的方法,构建“以人为本”的共享馆藏统一管理模式,实现读者需求与馆藏的动态平衡。By studying ways for libraries to take care and make use of their collections and the application of PDCA in the library management, a new administrative model is designed, by which the user-oriented service principle will be better realized and the library resources will be shared more effectively based on the modem technology.
