摘　　要：在企业并购过程中,并购的目标企业的定量评价方法具有局限性。运用模糊数学工具,可以全面考虑并购所涉及的各个因素,并把定性的因素定量化,建立并购目标选择的多级模糊综合评价,有助于提高最优并购目标选择的科学性。In the process of corporate takeover, the quantitative method of assessment for target corporates in the takeover has its limitations, whereas the application of fuzzy mathematics can help take all elements involved in takeover into consideration,quantify the qualitative factors and establish a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive method of target selection in takeover,which is beneficial to the improvement of scientific selection of the best takeover target.
