摘　　要：建立长期战略合作伙伴关系是菜钢新时期市场条件下实现企业发展战略、规避市场风险、保持持续发展的重大决策。莱钢与冶金装备企业建立长期战略合作伙伴关系以来取得了很大成果，推进了战略合作向广度、深度和高度的发展。实践证明，开展战略合作有利于双方企业共赢共享、共同发展。Establishing long-term strategic cooperative partner relationship is the essential decision to realize development strategy, dodge market risks and keep sustainable development under the new market conditions in the new period. Since the establishment of long-term strategic cooperative partner relationship between Laiwu Steel and the metallurgical equipment manufacturing giants, gigantic achievements have been obtained, promoting the strategic cooperation more widely, deeply and highly. The practice demonstrates that developing strategic cooperation is mutually of benefit of the win-win and share and co-development of the partner.
