Extirpation of bronchial hemangioma using bronchoscope:case report

摘　　要：Hemangiomas are abnormally dense collections of dilated capillary vessels which are difficult todiagnose being short of characteristic symptoms and signs. We present a patient with hemangioma who demonstrated many of the difficulties in diagnosis and led to misdiagnosis, which highlighted the importance of the modern computed tomography （CT） scan technique and bronchoscopic treatment. To our knowledge, this is thefirst report of hemangiomas with a long pedicel connected to the bronchial wall in the callan that was diagnosed and treated using bronchoscope.Hemangiomas are abnormally dense collections of dilated capillary vessels which are difficult todiagnose being short of characteristic symptoms and signs.
