摘　　要：先进性是马克思主义政党的一个突出特点,它是由党的性质和宗旨所决定的。党组织的先进性与党员个体的先进性是辨证统一的。从党诞生的历史看,党的先进性体现于整个新民主主义革命的进程之中,这是历史发展的必然趋势。党的先进性是党的执政之源,更是党的领导核心的保证。Progress is the prominent characteristic of the Marxist parties, which is divided by their quality and purpose. The progress of the party organization and its individual is the unity of identification. From the point of its history, the party progress exemplifies in the whole process of the new democratic revolution, which was the inevitable tendency of the development. The Party progress is the origin of the party in power and even the guarantee of the leading core.
