摘　　要：股票指数期货作为一种新兴的金融衍生工具,具有价格预期和套期保值的功能,并成为一种行之有效的避险工具,推出股指期货必将极大地促进我国证券市场发展。但目前我国推出股指期货受到现货市场不成熟,缺乏强有力的法律保障等许多因素的制约,因此,应加快证券市场化、加快期货立法、建立健全有效的风险防范和预警机制,加快人才培养和风险意识教育,尽快推出股指期货。Stock Index Future is a new financial derivative instrument. It has two functions： Hedging and price discovering. It becomes a popular topic as an effective toll to avoid risk. Putting out of Stock Index future will be good to accomplish the stock market. Now, many factors will restrict it. This paper will analyse the obstacles putting out of the stock index future＇ s factors in our country.
