摘 要:广深线准高速列车电空意外紧急制动主要原因是电空制动常用排气速度较空气制动有较大提高及分配阀的不安全因素造成的,为解决电空意外紧急制动问题,须将电空制动的排气速度限制在分配阀所能允许的范围内。同时加强对电空制动安全性检查试验手段,采用电空和空气制动同时作用的方法。The main cause of unexpected emergency brake application occur- ring on Guangsheng Line quasi-high speed train electro-pneumatic brake is that the service application exhaust speed in electropneumatic brake is much faster than that in air brake and the distributing valve is unsteady.For solving the problem of unex- pected emergency brake application,the exhaust speed in electropneumatic brake should be restricted within the range the distributing valve permits.Meanwhile,the inspection and testing facility for testing steadiness of electropneumatic brake should be inproved by adopting the method of simultaneously acting of electropneu- matic brake and air brake.
