摘　　要：体育教育人力资源整合是实现体育教育师资队伍的优化组合和合理配置,以求得高效益和资源共享.本文分析了合并高校体育教育人力资源整合的现状及存在的问题,并提出进一步建设体育教育人力资源的对策,希望能抛砖引玉.The integration of human resources in the field of P.E. by optimizing the organization and allocation of it intends to bring great benefits and realize resources sharing. First the paper analyses the current situation of human resources integration in amalgamated Universities and firds out some problems. Then, in order to make more valnable opinions to come into being, the paper puts forward some advice to farther optimize the integration of P.E. human resources.
