摘　　要：目的:利用近红外光谱仪附件SabIR采集不同产地黄芪药材的近红外光谱(NIR),建立判别分析模型。方法:运用相应化学计量学软件结合SIMCA(soft independent modeling of class analogy)技术进行处理。结果:模型合理,具有优良的鉴别分类功能。结论:扩展了近红外在线监测仪器的功能,此方法比传统的性状鉴别法更具有科学性,比常规的光谱、色谱和质谱法鉴别更快速简便。Object： Near-infrared （NIR） spectra of Astragalus from different habitats were collected with SablR and the discriminant analysis model was established. Methods： The combination of chemometrics software with SIMCA was used to process these spectra. Resuits： The model was rational and can identify exactly Astragalus from different habitats. Conclusion： It expands the function of on-line NIR. This approach is more scientific than traditional methods, and more convenient than general spectrum,chromatogram and mass spectrum.
