摘  要:目的:利用近红外光谱仪附件SabIR采集不同产地黄芪药材的近红外光谱(NIR),建立判别分析模型。方法:运用相应化学计量学软件结合SIMCA(soft independent modeling of class analogy)技术进行处理。结果:模型合理,具有优良的鉴别分类功能。结论:扩展了近红外在线监测仪器的功能,此方法比传统的性状鉴别法更具有科学性,比常规的光谱、色谱和质谱法鉴别更快速简便。Object: Near-infrared (NIR) spectra of Astragalus from different habitats were collected with SablR and the discriminant analysis model was established. Methods: The combination of chemometrics software with SIMCA was used to process these spectra. Resuits: The model was rational and can identify exactly Astragalus from different habitats. Conclusion: It expands the function of on-line NIR. This approach is more scientific than traditional methods, and more convenient than general spectrum,chromatogram and mass spectrum.
