摘　　要：定义了虚拟仪器测试环境的系统框架和信息框架的标准体系,描述了构成VITE的各个组件之间的相互关系和核心测试信息模型,介绍了可互换虚拟仪器的原理和组成,最后总结了VITE设计的指导方针和思路;虚拟仪器测试环境的软总线体系结构融合了测试工程项目管理要素(维修性论证、测试需求分析、诊断能力分配与设计、系统综合与试验、测试能力成熟度等)、嵌入式测试要素(BIT/BITE)、外部测试要素(维修等级、自动测试设备、测试程序集、人员培训、数据库、技术信息收集与分析、后勤技术保障)等一系列标准。The standard architecture of Virtual Instruments Test Environment system framework and information framework is defined. The VITE＇s components interrelation and Core Test Information Model are described. The principles and make-up are introduced. Finally the guidance and method of VITE＇s design is presented. The architecture of virtual instruments test environment soft bus a series of standards, including project manage essential （such as maintance capability demonstrating, test requiement Analysing, diagnose capability assigning and designing, system integrating and testing, test capability maturity）, and built-in test essential （BIT/BITE） , and external test essential （such as maintance grade, automatic test enqirement, test programme set, personnel training, database, technology information collecting and analysing, logistics technique safeguarding ）.
