摘  要:目的 观察卵巢切除大鼠脑内不同部位雌激素受体α(ERα)表达变化。方法 根用Singh等方法制作大鼠卵巢切除模型(模型组),免疫组织化学染色观察海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核区等部位ERα阳性细胞表达变化,并与手术对照组(对照组,不切除卵巢)比较。结果 对照组大脑各观察区有大量的ERα表达。与对照组比较,模型组大脑海马CA1区、大脑皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核区ERα阳性细胞数显著减少(t=2.68~5,68,P〈0.01)。结论 卵巢切除可致大鼠脑内多部位ERα表达减少,这种病理变化可能与轻度认知障碍的发生有关。Objective To observe the changes of estrogen receptor α (ERα) in different cerebral regions in ovariectomized rats. Methods Adult healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: model group(OVX group) and control group. The expression of ERα masculine cells in the hippocammpi CA1, cortex, amygdala, Meynert of the basal forebrain were compared between the two groups. Results The expression of ERα masculine cells was observed in every section of the brain in control group, while in model group,and the ERα masculine cells in the cortex and Meynert nucleus were distinctly decreased compared with the control group (t=2.68-5.68, P〈0.01). There was no difference in the hippocampi CA1 and amygdala between the two groups. Conclusion The expression of ERα masculine cells was decreased in the cortex and Meynert nucleus of the brain of ovariectomized rats. The change may be related to the neurodegeneration of aeetyleholine nerve cells from Meynert nucleus to the cortex.
